CRM Administrator (German speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct customer contact with our German and English speaking customers
  • Develop new solutions and processes on Salesforce with our consulting team and the customers 
  • You will help clients to automate their workflow processes.
  • Communicate with business analysts to get all client’s requirements.
  • Execute configurations (no code, just drag & drop) as per client’s requirements/processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation of CRM processes to utilize as a company resource.
  • Act as a liaison between business analysts and developers.

SKILLS:

  • A general understanding of business operations.
  • Independent and goal-oriented work in an agile environment
  • Team spirit and professional appearance.
  • Interested in IT and Salesforce.com
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willing to learn

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Previous experience working with CRM platforms (Sugar, Salesforce, Oracle, Dynamics NAV or other CRM platforms) is preferred.
  • Fluently in English, in both written and spoken.
  • German B1

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely and efficiently with our management to support them in daily workload.
  • Manage overall office administration;
  • Supporting basic accounting tasks
  • Contact person for our external partners and service providers
  • Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments
  • Maintain the inventory and keep track of budget and office supplies

SKILLS:

  • Great communication skills
  • Well-organized with time management skills
  • Independent and goal-oriented work
  • Teamgeist und professionelles Auftreten

Qualifications:

  • High school of Economics or Faculty of Economics (finished or in progress)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • German would be an advantage
  • 1 year work experience in similar position
  • Knowledge of Google Drive or Microsoft Office
