Salesforce has decided to retire Salesforce for Outlook!
Salesforce will retire Salesforce for Outlook by December 2020, and we recommend that you migrate to Outlook Integration or Einstein Activity Capture by that time.
- Outlook Integration – Replaces the Salesforce side panel experience, where reps can see Salesforce records and use some Salesforce features directly from Outlook
- Einstein Activity Capture – Replaces contact and event sync.

We have an announcement, Rrite Dedaqi is now part of our growing team! She is our new Salesforce Developer and a senior student in the faculty of mathematics and natural sciences at the University of Prishtina. She is a professional table tennis player and has already requested to challenge all of us in a table tennis championship!
When remotely, better get more certifications!
Working remotely has been a major challenge for us, but our team used it to stay productive and collected several certifications that are helping us collaborate better and more efficiently with each other. Stay tuned, our Salesforce Developer, Ariot Ymeri is going to share some tips that will help you get certified more easily.
